Do artists and venues get their own logins?+
Yes. The Artist Portal lets acts and managers upload assets, see upcoming dates and download contracts. The Venue Portal lets promoters submit booking requests and track holds through to confirmation.
Can I share contracts and riders externally?+
Every contract or rider can be shared with a time-limited link. No login required for the recipient, and every download is logged.
How do settlements and invoices work?+
Each confirmed booking gets a settlement record with deposit and balance tracking. Branded PDF invoices are generated in one click and sent to the venue.
Where is my data stored?+
On a managed European database with row-level security. Only people you invite to an artist or venue can see that artist or venue's data.
